WHY THE MIGRATION MATTERED
A premium brand held back by a hard-to-change platform.
Germany and the US were managed through separate storefronts and language-specific setups. Custom Adobe Commerce plugins and connected systems made even small changes challenging and time consuming, while product launches relied on manual handoffs and market-specific workflows that were hard to standardize or automate.
WHAT RYSEFY DELIVERED
- 01Stibo Systems data, constraints and ownership were audited in a multi-week workshop.
- 02Product catalog, lifecycle, metaobjects and metafields were mapped to clean Shopify structures.
- 03PIM-to-Shopify catalog data and Shopify-to-SAP order and customer flows were connected.
INSIDE THE SYSTEM
Three connected parts of the multi-market migration.
Product data was mapped into clean Shopify structures.
The product catalog, product lifecycle, metaobjects and metafields were mapped to clean structures after a multi-week workshop around Stibo Systems data, constraints and ownership.
Localization became Flow-based automation.
Localization rules, metric-to-imperial logic and Flow-based collection tagging automated product work across the prepared markets.
Catalog and operational flows connected the systems.
PIM-to-Shopify flows carried catalog data, while Shopify-to-SAP flows handled order and customer data through the connected system landscape.
